Good morning, yogis! I’m going to call this practice Rise and Shine, so once you get out of bed and you need to start moving everything around, start to wake up your whole body and mind. This is the perfect little practice for you, just 26 minutes.
Deeply rooted in the Ashtanga tradition, Free Flow is a class where each week the material will vary. We will move through sun salutations, standing poses and seated poses, but with room for creative sequences. Come move, sweat and learn with Nina!
