Evening Wind-Down Yoga with Nina

We miss you at Clifton House. We want to keep up our practice, and we’d love to have you join us. In this 27-minute video, Nina will take you through a litte end-of-the-day sequence, something to wind you down in the evening and help you get a better rest.

All you’ll need is a folded blanket, something with a little density to support your knees, if you have it. Please, enjoy.
